Not at all! Tennis skills are not a pre-requiste for joining a class - the emphasis is on exercise and having fun. No-one will be judging your tennis skills and the session moves quickly along so if the ball goes in or out it doesn't matter.
No! Although you will be fitter by the end of the session! Cardio Tennis is a great way to get fit while having fun.
Wear comfortable gym gear and trainers. Don't forget to bring along a water bottle and towel to each session. All balls provided and racquets available to use if required. There is a small charge for each session
No - non-members are welcome to come along to Cardio Tennis Sessions. Pre-booking is essential though - so just get in contact for more information or to book.
